Vera, a staunch believer in not repeating the mistakes of the past, personally vets potential political candidates.
And if they’re not up to her exacting standards she ensures they are no longer in the running for election.
The numerous identities of Vera:
She's not without allies, in the form of her daughters Jill and Sally.
Pity then, the current target of Vera's wrath - Geoff.
